We are happy to issue a FULL refund on the DVDs to these reviewers. That is our guarantee. I also want to add that in our local focus group of pros, the feedback was that this DVD was a very solid and comprehensive introduction to 10 and Under Tennis with a couple of hours of drills and activities. Yes, viewers do have to convert the adults in many of the exercises to children AND pretend that when they are hitting from alley to alley that they are using a 36-foot court, but the content is full of ideas that frankly, I don't see most teaching pros using when they are on the court. That said, anyone who gets any of our DVDs and are NOT satisfied are out the postage but get a FULL REFUND. Thanks to all for their comments. And, by the way, the reason that there is no comprehensive drill and activity DVD on this subject that films actual children is that it is VERY expensive and most teaching pros and coaches do not invest in education.
Thanks. Joe Dinoffer

They have this huge push for 10 and under tennis but there does not seem to be a complete guide,DVD set or manual available that is easy to get. Sure, you can spend time and money to go to a workshop but it would be nice to have a complete reference. This way you can refer back to it or use it to help train staff. Put your money toward a workshop by PTR or do some free research on the net. Maybe some coach out there can put a program together and get it on DVD. It will be a hit!

I love Oncourt/Offcourt and was excited about this product. It really bothers me to write this review. If you have used 10 and under tennis at your club, this dvd is not for you. I don't even know if it would be for beginners. There is nothing about equipment really, court-setup, etc. the best segment was the tennis carnival segment. Many video segments are the USTA commercials we have been seeing on TV. Most disappointing, was the last 2 parts, which were segments from other DVDS from the 90s. No court set-up instructions, no drill explanations, it was all adults doing activities in the last two segments that we could scale down. Each segment had guys sitting near a tennis court talking about 10 and under tennis. These guys clearly know what they are talking about, but I want to see how they work with kids, what drills they like, what happens when they have multiple levels of kids in one group. How many pros do they use, etc.
