Description

Watch the video clip below featuring our "Quick Start 78" Balls!

"Quick Start 78" Balls are the final transition balls for use on full 78-foot long courts for QuickStart & 10 and Under Tennis. They are proven to help players of all ages slow down full-court play for maximum improvement. The ITF uses them in Europe with great success. Just think of them as transition balls to allow longer rallies on full-length courts since the balls travel at about 75% the speed of regular balls. Our "Quick Start 78" green level balls come in 36-ball and 72-ball color-coded buckets. Also great for recreational adults since these slightly slower balls can be used for full-court practice and will assure the ball control and consistency needed for longer rallies. Consequently players develop better skills in less time.

NOTE: In order to comply with popular demand for the green-level transition ball design used by the International Tennis Federation (ITF), we have changed from our traditional two-tone pattern ball to the ITF “green dot” design. All other playing and packaging characteristics remain the same and we continue to invest in USTA testing and approval of our Quick Start tennis balls each and every year.

The buckets double as storage containers and targets!

All our felt transition balls are USTA approved.

"The Quick Start Tennis balls Oncourt Offcourt offfers packaged in buckets are tremendous. We ordered 10 of the large buckets each of the red balls (for 36-foot courts), orange balls (for 60-foot courts) and green balls (for 78-foot courts). The buckets come in handy for both targets and storage."

Buckets are nicely made and this is a great ball for mini tennis and drills where players have learned to control the red and orange ball but can't quite contol a regular tennis ball yet. I did find a couple balls in the bucket that bounced like regular tennis balls (not restricted flight like the other green ball). I wish the balls were two tone instead of the dot so players can see the spin better. Overall good product though. I'm glad we have them to use in our practices.

I wanted to get back to you because I have now had an opportunity to test all the transition balls you sent:
Red, Orange and Green. They are as good as any of my other favorites. I particularly like the packaging.
The buckets are great teaching tools for coaches workshops. They are very durable and portable.
