The PracticeHit Stroke Trainers feature a 32" hitting arm. The junior version (for children age 7 and under) is 24" tall. The shaft and ball are made of rubber and foam to protect your racquet, and the swing arm speed is adjustable. It's simple and durable - a great way to help beginners develop the right stroke patterns from the very beginning. Also helpful for advanced players to workout at home or in a garage.
