TOPSPIN GROUNDSTROKES
Left - Path Guide position guides swing path for a proper loop for topspin forehands.
Right - Works just as well for one- or two-handed backhands. Backswing is above Path Guide, followed by racquet drop below foam guide, before brushing up and forwards to strike ball.
