Coaches or parents hold the Contact Trainer for players to hit with full swings from anywhere on the court. Example: Serve, hit an attacking baseline forehand, and then close to hit a short forehand winner. Start slowly, with the coach slightly in front and to the side of the hitter. The ball is attached with a spring mechanism inside a soft rubber hose. Use for repetitive practice as well as positioning for shot combination patterns. Like most Oncourt Offcourt innovations, detailed instructions are included.
