Description
The Flexsolate Gym In A Bag with its patented grip-free cuff, is different from any other product on the market today. It has the only technology of its kind that has been awarded both utility and design patents for its effectiveness with grip-free lifting and exercise. It has been tested and scientifically proven that by letting go of the grip during exercise, you can get 2 to 4 times more benefit than you would otherwise! When you grip anything, a bar, a handle, virtually anything, a large percentage of your effort goes into gripping that object. In tennis for example, gripping exercises are very important and are often treated the same as other muscle groups in that they are isolated and targeted for exercise ON THEIR OWN! Let’s take a look at a simple back exercise like a lat pull-down. When you grip the bar and do the exercise, your hands, wrists, forearms, biceps, triceps, and shoulders are all involved in the lift. While you are seeking to fatigue that lat muscle, the lattisimus dorsi, all the other parts mentioned, will fatigue long before you fatigue that lat muscle. So you never really get the result you work so hard to obtain. Now, if you let go of the grip, the only muscle you are isolating IS the lat muscle, or whatever muscle you are seeking to isolate and target, consequently all your effort goes into fatiguing that specific muscle. This works the same for every exercise you will do. So, if you are going to work out in the first place, why not get as much as you can from the exercise.
There is no more fluid exercise one can do than resistance bands as they avoid the sudden jerks it sometimes takes to get an object moving thereby avoiding injury at every turn. The resistance bands in the Gym In A Bag also work to access both the positive and negative movements, working the muscle all the time during the exercise. You can increase your resistance with the Gym In A bag by attaching one, two, three, or four bands at one time to a single set of cuffs.
A lifting bar, resistance bands, grip-free wrist cuffs, door attachment and ankle cuffs all come packed into a convenient padded carrying case with an instructional flip chart and DVD making this Gym In A Bag everything you need for a complete total body workout where ever you may be!

Testimonial for Gym in a Bag
My name is Dave Lemke (www.davelemke.us). I work with the team at Advantage Doyle High Performance in Austin, Texas (www.advantagedoyletennis.com). I provide sport neuromuscular treatment and instruction in injury prevention exercise for high level junior and touring professional tennis players. My objective for the players is what I call Injury Immunity - a state of ultimate function and and performance in the muscle system. My belief is that intelligent exercise is as much a component of high level tennis as coaching, equipment, nutrition, etc. The Gym in a Bag from Flexsolate provides my players the innovative and practical tools they need to keep fit and healthy on the go - and we all know how important it is that the players have as many options - and as few variables as possible when away from home. The warm up, agility and strength exercises I teach are there exactly when needed. I love knowing they have no worries about whether the hotel gym is open or the trainer will have something they need. If you know tennis then you know the drill! Gym in a Bag is awesome!
